-everything seems clearer-

it took me 17 years to truly understand the meaning of do not judge a book by its cover.

my mom fainted just now at my house downstairs and i was called to go pick her up.
and apparently, the guy who helped her up when she's on the floor and all is someone whom i have a bad impression of.

he's about 18 or 19,with zero education, works at the coffee shop near my house. " coffee boy " you can call him.
he's a little slow and dont really have a good command of his languages.

but all these dosent really matter

because i realised he has a good heart. a really good one actually.

so you see, my mom fainted and he helped her up.
and my mom actually asked if he can help her back to home,
he agreed and told her to wait as he has to go dump the rubbish or whatever.

my mom then called me to go down instead after waiting for quite awhile
i went down and the rest u can prolly imagine.

tuck her into bed, ask if she's alright.

and guess what ?
i cooked noodles for my mom ! i dun usually cook and i must admit, im no chef, in fact, the only thing i know how to cook is instant noodles.

while i was cooking, that guy actually came up to my house and asked if my mom's home and how is she and all.

so imagine my shock when i saw him. and it was really sweet of him.
and he hung around at ma corridor for awhile just to make sure things are alright.

that totally changed my impression of him.
it dosent matter if you're not the most handsome, prettiest, richest around

all that matters is a kind heart.

i know he'll not read this. but i wanta thank you for all that you've done for me. and im really sorry for judging you in the past.

are you like me ? you've once judged and criticised. you looked down on those who seems worse off than you.
dont worry.
its never too late to make ammends or apologise

sometimes, we gotta look beyond the outward appearances and into the heart

thats what God does, isnt it ? =)

and oh, randomness.
but i really miss my sister who's still in cambodia.
the house seems quieter, theres no one to cook noodles for me,
i went to church alone on sunday, no one to accompany me while i stay up late to do my work

and, for the first time in my whole 17 years.
my sister's not in singapore to celebrate my birthday with me.

on a lighter note. she's coming back on 15th !! so yes. i'll settle for a belated birthday wish =)

i miss you, bug yee ! come home soon please. =(
