alright ! so it was the little girl's birthday on monday.
went down to her house to surprise her and goodness gracious me.
she's NOT touched at all, at least not when i asked her.
laughs. she still can joke about seeing my legs only. GWARR.


and do you know mindy, her dog ? it dosent bark at all !! and it moves reeeaaaalllllllllly slow, like those lao pek pek kind.


anyhows, it's the holidays week and im really making use of this time to spend some quality time with my family and friends, working and prison break (gladwin, season 2 please!).
wanting or trying to make an impact in the marketplace is not as easy as it seems. being in the battle front yet not conforming to the world's standards.
armed with the saying that goes, "others can, i cant", we tried to do what is right in God's sight but not so much in the people's eyes. doing all that we can to influence the people in our workplace yet not allowing them to influence us.
others can lie, i cant
others can come in late for work, i cant
others can mute the phone and scold vulgarities, i cant

because at the end of the day, it is not them that i am accountable to.
it is not them that i will face when it comes to judging day
it is not them that i want to please

it's not easy to be.. me.

all these, just so for that day that i will hear "well done, My good and faithful servant" (:
